Bid, RFP's & RFQ's

Bids and Proposals must be addressed and delivered to the Office of the City Manager, 730 1st Avenue, P.O. Box 487, West Point, Georgia, 31833. The outside of the envelope must be identified with the appropriate proposal or project title. Bids or proposals not delivered by the specified date and time will be returned unopened.
